Job description

ROLE: Lead Motion Designer

Incredible opportunity to join a growing tech company based in London

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality motion graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, web, and video;
- Collaborate with creative producers, copywriters, and graphic designers to produce cohesive and engaging visual content;
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to ensure innovative and effective motion design solutions;
- Mentor junior motion designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their professional growth;
- Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the motion design process;
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and across the organisation;

Skills & Experience

- Over 5 years experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and editing techniques;
- Experience managing team members;
- Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects;
- Proven experience leading creative projects and managing a team of designers;
- Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all motion graphics;
- Expert knowledge of performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, YT, Google, Reddit, etc

Salary & Benefits

- £60-75k
- Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
