Job description

My client is fast-growing agency specialising in festival promotions overseeing global music festivals. We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team, overseeing large media budgets and driving performance through paid media strategies and community engagement projects. This position requires a thorough knowledge of fan behaviours and the cyclical nature of festival events.

The Performance Marketing Manager will manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.), overseeing media budgets exceeding £100k. You'll drive growth through performance analysis, audience insights, and real-time campaign optimisation. Experience with festival marketing challenges, such as seasonal sales and last-minute promotions, is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Lead and optimise campaigns across digital platforms to boost ticket sales and fan engagement. Manage media budgets and ensure strong ROI.
  • Omnichannel & Community Approach: Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate organic strategies, leveraging influencers and fan communities for greater impact.
  • Agile Optimisation: Adjust campaigns based on ticket sales, line-up changes, and fan feedback for maximum impact.
  • Tech Stack Management: Develop and integrate marketing tech systems for seamless data flow and automation in reporting and audience segmentation.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Create automated reports and dashboards, providing insights on campaign performance, sales, and ROI.


Requirements:

  • Experience in the music, live events, or festival industry is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, especially in ticket sales and fan engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms and festival marketing cycles.
  • Experience with marketing tech stacks, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
