Account Manager - Creative Communications Agency (Music, Culture & Brand Campaigns)
Location: London Central.
Salary: £40K - £45K
Join a dynamic and expanding culture communications agency in London. They work with major music tech platforms, iconic music festivals, and other cultural projects. They are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to lead and execute 360 communications campaigns across PR, content, events, and talent management.
The Role:
- Manage and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring campaign objectives are met and exceeded.
- Lead and inspire a team, overseeing workflow and supporting junior team members to reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement event, PR, creative and content campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and platform engagement.
- Contribute to creative sessions, developing innovative ideas for new projects and clients.
- Manage teams at live events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Create and manage campaign timelines and budgets.
- Produce high quality written materials, including press releases and other copy.
- Manage stakeholders and partnerships, including a major collaboration with Mixmag and promoters in various countries.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of agency experience as an Account Manager in 360 communications
- Experience in music and/or brand sectors.
- A strong understanding of how high-profile brands operate within culture.
- Proven ability to implement campaign plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Excellent writing, copy-editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience working to and delivering on KPIs and targets.
- Experience developing comms toolkits.
- Ability to execute multifaceted 360 communication campaigns.
- Interest in culture landscape, music and young trends.
