Job description
I am working with one of the UKs newest Credit Card providers who are experiencing growth and are looking for a creative wizard who thrives on designing pixel-perfect, sleek, and intuitive interfaces. Someone who has mastered interaction design and loves creating meaning through motion. Who is excited about shipping top-notch products. They have been going through an exciting re-branding phase, which shaped up the design of their mobile app and websites. This is a great time to join the team as you will be a vital member of this process and define the new look and feel the companies digital channels.

What will you be doing?
- Contributing on the design of their mobile app, intranet systems, and websites from initial product ideation through interface development, micro-interactions, and motion design.
- Prototyping concepts to demonstrate designs or validate usability.
- Managing the design system (Figma).
- Conceptualising, refining, and launching new products in close collaboration with all teams across the business.
What qualities are they looking for?
- Proven experience in designing mobile apps, web platforms, or SaaS, with an ability to tackle complex data and structures.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing examples of Research, Design, and Prototyping in any format.
- Feel at ease both providing and receiving feedback and critique, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Figma (Additional proficiency in Framer, Principle, or ProtoPie is a huge bonus).
- A thorough understanding of Interface Design trends, mobile, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with core web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Experience in ensuring accessibility standards.
