Job description
Are you a driven and organised Junior Project Manager ready to propel your career in an award-winning advertising agency? Major Players are partnering with leading global integrated agency based in Birmingham, who are committed to delivering impactful and meaningful brand experiences, to help grow their project management team.
The Role:
As a Junior Project Manager, you'll be the pivotal point of contact, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to execution across various channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with creative, design, and account management teams.
- Become a trusted client-facing point of contact.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the project team in planning projects and conducting regular status meetings.
- Create and adhere to accurate timing plans.
- Contribute to check-ins with Account Management to monitor creative and production workflows.
- Work with fellow Project Managers to prioritise and manage live projects.
- Accurately estimate projects and manage client approvals.
- Attend financial meetings to review project financial status.
- Be the central point of contact for project related information.
Experience required:
- Experience supporting project management teams in scoping and planning integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, design, traffic, account handling, etc.).
- Proven background managing and monitoring budgets.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and manage project timing plans and manage client approvals.
- Ability to assess and mitigate project risks.
- A proactive and highly motivated approach to driving projects to completion.
- Strong project quality assurance skills (testing, reviewing, and verifying deliverables).
- Efficient and high-standard task completion.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Meticulous proofreading abilities.
Salary & Benefits:
- £30-35,000 DOE.
- 28 days holiday plus the opportunity to take additional fully paid leave.

Location & Workplace policy:
- Impressive office based in Birmingham (Solihull).
- Hybrid working policy, Monday-Wednesday in the office.
