Job description
Job Summary:
Major Players are working with a leading beverage brand and together we are looking for a Resource Manager to work onsite at their offices in West London. The Studio Manager will be the heart of the studio, with up-to-date knowledge of who is working on what and who is skilled to deliver against the right briefs and clients while overseeing the Resource Management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resource across all marketing functions including; packaging, digital, POS, radio, tv, print
- Work closely with Project Management, Strategy and Design Leads to ensure up to date project statuses are shared across the board
- Ensure work is delivered on time, to budget and to client standards
- Act as the lynch-pin between the client services team and the creative studio, ensuring things are communicated efficiently
- Organise and run scheduling meetings
- Working closely with finance to ensure FL utilisation and timesheets are recorded correctly and are updated along with managing the freelance tracker
Experience:
- 4 / 5 years experience within a Creative Resource/Traffic/Creative Services Manager role (open to varying levels)
- Strong experience using resource software such as Trello, Monday.com. Float, TeamWork and Paprika
- Calm, confident and approachable
