Job description

My client is an integrated production agency, together we are looking for a Senior Account Director. You will keep day-to-day integrated campaigns running smoothly while nurture existing projects and find new opportunities. You will help drive consistent, profitable growth for clients, with a strong understanding of all project stages, from strategy to creative to production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of integrated creative campaigns
  • Handle multiple projects at once, staying organised and focused on client needs.
  • Responsible for delivery of assets and account profitability - ensuring business targets are met.
  • Lead pitch processes and responses to RFIs.
  • Client management, including meetings, reports, and timelines.
  • Work with the senior team to create new business proposals that are clear and well-planned.
  • Ensure all projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead the team throughout the project process to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Circa 8 years + of experience in account or client management, preferably in a creative or production setting.
  • Strong pitch experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and keep projects on track.
