Social and Influence Director - Agency (Mat Cover - 12 months)
Location: Central London
Salary: £70K - £75K
Join a creative communications group in London, known for its impactful campaigns and innovative social strategies. They are seeking a highly creative and strategically-minded Social & Influencer Director to deliver social first content, guide strategic social and influencer approaches, and foster community engagement across our client portfolio.
The Opportunity:
- Oversee and develop innovative social creative ideas, ensuring consistency and seamless integration with other marketing channels.
- Optimise existing social creative to maximize its native feel and impact on each platform.
- Craft and mentor teams on social copy best practices, elevating the quality and effectiveness of our messaging.
- Stay at the forefront of influencer and creator trends, translating these insights into client presentations.
- Collaborate on the development of social messaging and overarching campaign strategies.
- Develop clear and effective briefs for influencer collaborations.
- Mentor and develop members of the social media team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives both internally and externally, elevating the group's social media expertise.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic social media and influencer campaigns.
- A deep understanding of community engagement strategy and its effective implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, mentorship, and fostering collaborative environments.
- Extensive platform expertise and a track record of managing successful relationships with social media platforms.
