Job Title: Social Media Lead
Location: Central London, hybrid 2/3 days in the office
Salary: £50,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Brand:
A leading entertainment charity, widely known for impactful initiatives that support children and communities in need. They are seeking a Social Media Lead to develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy to expand their reach, increase engagement, and build an active, engaged community. Working alongside the Head of Social, you'll oversee all social media channels and collaborate with marketing leads across different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Design and implement an innovative social media strategy aimed at growing followers, driving engagement, and expanding digital reach
  • Oversee all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Community Management: Build and manage online communities of supporters and advocates, fostering engagement and a positive, interactive presence.
  • Campaign Integration: Plan and implement an integrated social media schedule, aligning with broader marketing and fundraising activities

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have charity experience
  • Proven experience in developing social strategies
  • Good copywriter that is able to adapt copy for various channels.
  • Skilled in community management, with a deep understanding of engagement strategies.
  • Ability to set, track, and analyse social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite and experience in crisis management.
