Job description

Temp dynamic and customer focused professional, delivering exceptional service and support needed for a leading ecommerce platform!

9am-6pm

If you're looking for an exciting, flexible and remote temp role, this is the one for you.

In this role you will...

  • Communicate with customers across different comms' channels (mainly email and phones)
  • Learn and adapt to internal processes; our client is looking for people who are quick to learn and eager to help.
  • Respond to tweets
  • Answer calls
  • Manage inbox(es)

Skills & Experience

  • Desirable: Experience in customer services or sales

Salary & Benefits

  • Hourly rate of £13.85ph (London) or £12.60ph (outside of London)
