Job description

Major Players is working with a world famous online luxury and fashion company and looking to hire a talented CRM Loyalty Executive to join their team.

Job Summary

As the CRM Luxury Executive you will assist with the Senior Loyalty Manager and Loyalty Executive on developing initiatives to retain and increase the lifetime value of customers

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end handling of Loyalty reward campaigns; concept, brief, design, build, test, release & analyse
  • Administration of appropriate tools for all rewards specifically promotional tools
  • Gift Voucher analysis, ad hoc request analysis, store credit analysis, promotion analysis
  • Devise new initiatives that support CRM core values, Acquisition, Retention, and Loyalty

Skills & Experience

  • Solid analytical background and experience of handling large data sets.
  • 1 years of experience within CRM & Loyalty programs.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. SQL is advantageous.
  • Expertise in all aspects of the email marketing processes, production and circulation planning

Personal Attributes

  • Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or conflicting priorities.
  • Time Management skills.
  • The ability to be detail-oriented, deadline-driven.

Location & Workplace Policy

  • 3 days in the office 2 from home.
  • Based in West London
