Job description
SUPER exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a leading luxury fashion brand, asap, for 3 months initially.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and driving overall brand awareness and marketing KPIs
- Driving annual strategic marketing plan for key markets and overseeing from strategy to implementation
- Adapting global campaign and lead local campaigns based on regional retail calendar and seasonality by collaborating with internal teams (e.g., CRM, Editorial, Site, Performance Marketing, Personal Shopping), implementing a localised approach across channels and service to drive overall business performance in the EMEA region
- Manage, plan, and execute local marketing campaigns on time, working closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing & PR, Creative, Production and buying) as well as with media agencies and other external partners
- Drive annual brand media strategy with in-housed paid social & display team, ensuring strategy is driven within available budget, supporting key KPIs and ensuring implementation and monitoring of performance throughout
- Partnering with PR, Client Relations and Personal Shopping Team to create bespoke activations and events
- Driving high net-worth customer acquisition and incremental sales via strategic partnership at scale
- Identify market insights, competitive intelligence and business opportunities
- Lead, manage and develop the local Marketing team to execute above strategies, drive performance improvements, and optimise budget
- Collaborate with commercial team to align marketing activities based on business requirements and targets
- Manage Brand media & Partnership budget
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital/retail/fashion industries in a B2C context
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, focused on B2C marketing
- Must be able to lead meetings, conduct presentations, and persuasively discuss business issues
- Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to create business justification
- Must demonstrate corporate know-how in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience managing multiple agencies, partners and vendors
