Head of Client Services

Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to play a key role in building a world-class in-house agency from the ground up. This newly formed leadership role is designed for an experienced Head of Client Services who can shape the agency's capabilities, establish best-in-class processes, and drive collaboration across brand, marketing, and local market teams. You will be instrumental in setting the agency's strategic direction, ensuring we deliver high-quality, insight-driven work that meets business objectives. As part of a growing team, you will help define how we work, foster a high-performing culture, and position the agency as an indispensable creative partner across multiple international markets.

Reporting Line & Team Scope
This role reports into the Head of the in-house agency. As a senior leadership position, the Head of Client Services will lead a team of 13 people and be part of a wider in-house agency team of 40+ across the UK, NL, IT, PL, and CZ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the in-house agency's client services team, ensuring consistent year-over-year expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to brand teams, ensuring the agency is seen as a go-to creative partner.
  • Champion creative excellence and ensure all work is insight-driven, high quality, and meets business objectives.
  • Drive collaboration between brand, marketing, and creative teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Help define and implement best-in-class ways of working that streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure projects are well-resourced, but not directly responsible for financial management or resourcing.

Skills & Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of working with both global and local markets.
  • Background in FMCG or related industries is advantageous.
  • Proven experience managing TTL (Through The Line) campaigns.
  • Experience working with an in-house agency or strong integrated agency background.
  • Strong ability to drive change, implement new processes, and inspire teams.

In your first year, you'll have built your team from the ground up, creating genuine, trusted partnerships with brand teams and their global markets. The in-house agency will be seen as an indispensable creative partner. Your team will be thriving-clear on their roles, delivering seamless client service, and pushing work to be bold, effective, and creatively excellent. You'll have helped streamline ways of working, ensuring smooth collaboration between brand teams and creative while keeping the focus on delivering impactful creative across multiple channels. By the end of 12 months, the agency will feel like the place where brilliant creative happens, relationships are strong, and brands see the value of what we do.

Salary & Benefits
