Job description
ROLE: Head of Creative
Rare opportunity for an experienced Head of Creative to join the in-house team at an Ed tech brand. You will come from a copywriting background or experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and strategy for all projects, guiding them from concept to completion with a strong focus on storytelling and impactful narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Craft compelling consumer storytelling that builds emotional connections, drives engagement, and enhances brand perception across multiple platforms.
- Oversee the execution of creative projects, offering strategic direction and constructive feedback to elevate the work of the team, especially in narrative development and copywriting.
- Drive the development of clear, persuasive, and consistent copywriting that speaks directly to consumers while maintaining brand voice and tone across all communications.
- Implement and refine studio processes and best practices that enhance creativity, efficiency, and collaboration across the team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity, where storytelling and consumer engagement are at the heart of every creative project.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, driving strategic direction and overseeing project execution.
- Deep understanding of how to manage creative workflows and client expectations.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating your ability to lead, develop, and execute innovative, successful creative campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-faceted creative projects.
- A passion for creativity, with a keen eye on emerging trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation.
Salary & Benefits
- £75-85k
- Hybrid, 2 or 3 days in the office per month
