Job description

An exciting opportunity to play a key role in building a world-class in-house agency from the ground up. This newly formed leadership role is designed for a Head of Operations who can shape the agency's capabilities, establish best-in-class processes, and drive collaboration across brand, marketing, and local market teams. You will be instrumental in setting the agency's strategic direction, ensuring we deliver high-quality, insight-driven work that meets business objectives. As part of a growing team, you will help define how we work, foster a high-performing culture, and position the agency as an indispensable creative partner across multiple international markets.


Reporting Line & Team Scope
This role reports into the Head of the in-house agency. As a senior leadership position, the Head of Operations who will lead a team and be part of a wider in-house agency team of 40+ across the UK, NL, IT, PL, and CZ.


Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key leadership role in shaping the in-house agency: Oversee the growth of the in-house agency by expanding the scope of work, ensuring seamless operations, meeting KPIs and exceeding expectations.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with markets and their brand teams. Ensure clear and effective communication of agency reports, deliverables, costs, and scopes across all markets.
- Financial Oversight: Own the financial aspects of the in-house agency, providing quarterly financial reports to the senior leadership team. Including; ROI, KPIs, CAPEX/OPEX tracking.
- Creative Services Leadership: Manage the creative service team (studio managers), ensuring they can effectively plan, resource, scope, and deliver work across the agency. And overseeing agency operations, finance, and creative resourcing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, Digital Director, and Client Services Director to ensure that processes and strategies are effectively implemented across markets.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, lead, and mentor your team, fostering a culture of passion, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Focus on advancing the team's technical skills and capabilities. This role supports multiple markets and drives operational efficiency across international teams.
- Strategic Forecasting: Develop detailed plans and strategies for future years, including financial projections, technology needs, team capacity, and resource allocation. Mitigate risks and propose solutions to ensure the agency's continued success.


Requirements:

  • Experience in FMCG/CPG preferred; experience in alcohol is advantageous.
  • Preferable; 10 years in marketing-related roles.
  • At least 4 years in leadership positions.
  • Minimum 3 years of operations experience, particularly in an in-house agency setting.
  • Solid integrated production background.


Salary & Benefits:
