Hybrid/remote work - Manchester based offices

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships? We're on the lookout for an experienced Influencer Manager to join our team and drive impactful campaigns for an incredible agency specializing in sports, gaming, music, and entertainment!

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with influencers across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with brand goals in sports, gaming, music, and entertainment sectors.
• Contribute to key parts of the campaign lifecycle, including strategy and delivery of influencers/talent.
• Track campaign performance metrics and deliver comprehensive reports.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new platforms, and emerging influencers.

Skills and Experience:

Essential -

• Demonstrable experience in talent or influencer roles.
• Highly skilled in relationship management, setting strategies, and implementing campaigns.
• Ability to assess the influencer/talent landscape in music, gaming, and sports (especially football and basketball) and craft creative responses to briefs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control to ensure accurate strategy, outreach, and contracting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for client playbacks and internal collaboration.
• Proactive mindset, asking questions, and working collaboratively.

Desirable -

• To be based in or around Manchester area for hybrid work
• Strong understanding of social media and marketing.
• Relevant industry experience in sports, gaming, or music campaigns.
• Demonstrated relationships within the influencer/talent world in sport, gaming, or music.
