Senior Influencer Manager
Contract: 3-Month Freelance or Fixed Term Contract (Immediate Start)
Pay: £350per day inside IR35 / £60K pro rata
Location: London or Netherlands
Work Schedule: Hybrid work
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Influencer Manager to join an incredible media agency's team on an initial 3-month FTC, with the potential for a longer-term solution. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels in managing influencer partnerships, talent contracts, and strategic brand collaborations. You will work across multiple accounts, ensuring that influencer activities align with key business objectives.
The Role
This role is ideally for people who can speak English AND German or Spanish or Italian.
As a Senior Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing influencer campaigns, managing key relationships, and driving strategic initiatives that maximize engagement and performance. You will work closely with the Director of Talent Partnerships EMEA to develop influencer strategies and ensure smooth execution across client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft and oversee contracts for relevant talent.
- Strategic Development: Support the creation of strategic deliverables, including presentations and performance data, to optimize influencer and brand partnerships.
- Client & Partner Relations: Manage client and partner relationships to ensure full leverage of influencer benefits and assets.
- Collaboration & Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, agency teams, and third-party collaborators.
- Tech & Tools Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Creator IQ and recommend relevant platforms to enhance influencer campaign effectiveness.

- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations to clients and partners to achieve key KPIs.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a collaborative approach.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and emerging industry trends.
