Marketing Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
Location: London, UK, Hybrid

Amazing opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a leading client in the art world.

This role offers the unique chance to play a key part in their marketing efforts. You will be instrumental in developing and executing campaigns for product releases, managing paid social activity, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing plans for annual product release campaigns, working closely with channel managers and the Marketing Lead. This includes creating content briefs, collaborating with Content Leads & Artist Managers, overseeing execution, and optimising performance.
Reporting & Analysis: Lead performance tracking and reporting for managed campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. This involves analysing key metrics, engagement, and conversion data.
Paid Social Management: Manage paid social activity, including campaign execution, ad set creation and optimisation, budget management, ROI calculation, creative optimisation, collaboration with the content team, and serving as the primary contact for Meta.

Experience & Skills:

Comfortable in a generalist marketing role.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a performance mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with paid social and/or performance marketing is an advantage, but not essential.
