Marketing Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: London

My client, a leading provider of exceptional serviced apartments in London, is looking to hire a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager. They specialise in creating comfortable and convenient living experiences for their guests, and they're seeking a creative individual to elevate their brand and drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver integrated brand and marketing campaigns and communications to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Act as the "guardian" of brand and marketing ensuring all initiatives are on-brand, on-message, on-time, and within budget.
  • Lead the brand's organic and paid social and content strategy.
  • Coordinate and deliver CRM comms to new and existing customers, driving engagement for both acquisition and retention.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing highly creative marketing campaigns that resulted in increased brand awareness and engagement, demonstrating a strong ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual and narrative content.
  • Passion for delivering campaigns and new projects that support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Experience across multiple marketing channels; paid, social, PR, email, brand, etc.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working in a lifestyle focused business or brand is highly desirable.
