Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: Hybrid (London office & remote working)

Job Summary
My client is looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in Partnerships to join their team. You'll play a key role in delivering large-scale integrated campaigns, forging strategic collaborations with like-minded organisations, and driving impactful messaging for high-profile clients, including HMRC, NHSBT, and Sport England. If you have experience working within the health, financial, sustainability, or energy sectors, particularly reaching vulnerable audiences, that would be a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to amplify campaign messages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Lead integrated campaign delivery, working across creative, PR, and social teams.
- Oversee the development of creative concepts and ensure seamless project execution.
- Confidently present ideas and strategic recommendations to clients and partners.
- Manage budgets, scopes of work, and project timelines effectively.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in partnership management, ideally within purpose-driven campaigns.
- Experience leading large-scale integrated campaigns, including paid and partnership elements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
- Strong commercial acumen, ensuring financial efficiency across client accounts.
