Job Summary
We're currently partnered with an award-winning, sustainability focused consumer brand who are on a mission to make personal care enjoyable, beautiful and eco-friendly. And due to continued growth they are looking for a Retention Lead to develop their email, CRM and retention strategies.
Reporting into the Director of Growth you'll own and scale their retention marketing strategy, boosting repeat sales via email, SMS, CRM, CRO and offline channels. You'll optimise email flows, launch high-converting campaigns and enhance customer lifetime value, working closely with their growth, product and creative teams.
The successful candidate must have strong expertise in DTC retention marketing across email, lifecycle automation and CRM, ideally within consumable products and subscriptions.

- Central London
- Hybrid working, 3 days office
Salary
- £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
