Job Summary

We're really excited to be exclusively partnered with a leading business in the arts and culture sector, who partner with the worlds leading artists to bring their work to new audiences through exclusive launches, innovative digital experiences and a thriving community of collectors. As they continue to grow they're looking for a talented Senior CRM Manager to join their team!

You'll be responsible for shaping and executing their CRM and email strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for their collectors and art lovers. You'll own the customer marketing plan for their high-profile launches, working cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class campaigns that drive engagement, retention and revenue.

Leading the CRM function you'll have one direct report (CRM Manager) who will focus on campaign execution and delivery, whilst you steer strategy, optimisation and innovation!

Salary

  • £60,000 per annum
