ROLE: Senior Designer

Rare opportunity for a Senior Designer to join a branding agency in London

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute design projects across various platforms and mediums, with a focus on branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and brand values.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually compelling brand identities, including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines.
- Present design work to clients and internal teams, clearly articulating design rationale and recommendations, specifically related to brand strategy and execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions, particularly for brand development and evolution.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail throughout the design process, ensuring brand consistency and integrity.

Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience in a design role, with a significant portion dedicated to branding and identity design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or studio environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and projects, with a clear emphasis on brand identity development and implementation.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout, and brand strategy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate brand concepts and strategies.
- A passion for sports, culture an entertainment is must
