Vice President - VP - PMO Manager - Wealth Management - Client Facing - Hybrid - £520/£550 (Outside IR35) - Immediate Starters

My client is seeking an experienced VP to join their team. You will need strong commercial experience in leading the engagment with technical and business teams, you will also need experience working within the Wealth/Asset Management industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute transformation initiatives within financial services and fintech.
  • Shape and deliver strategic initiatives, including defining program scope, managing timelines, and overseeing execution.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Motive Partners, portfolio companies, and external clients to unlock synergies and accelerate growth
  • Establish C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthening our market presence.
  • Partner with portfolio companies and clients to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and profitability.
  • Leverage expertise in AI, automation, and data analytics to drive transformation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and translate insights into actionable strategies for clients and portfolio companies.
  • Contribute to the development of Motive's internal capabilities, including AI-driven initiatives, proprietary tools, and digital platforms.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and knowledge-sharing and implementing best practice across the firm.
  • Support internal initiatives, including thought leadership, market analysis, and capability building to drive organizational growth

Essentials Skills:

  • Previous experience in consulting, with a strong focus on financial services or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, asset management, alternative investments, or capital markets is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of leading complex transformation programs in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
  • Project Management & Execution: Strong ability to shape, plan, and execute large-scale programs, overseeing workstreams and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, risk management, and performance tracking across projects.
  • Technology & Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop actionable strategies for clients and portfolio companies from technology trends.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, and data analytics, with an understanding of their applications in financial services.
